Caring for our People

Our garment maker, SC Fashion, is based in Jiaxing city, Zhejiang Province, a beautiful water town in China renowned for its textile and silk. 

Both LILLY PILLY and our garment maker prioritise ethical production and sustainable practices. We care for our people by ensuring a non-discriminatory and safe working environment.

We pay them fairly and support them along the career journey with further education to develop their skills in fashion and textiles.

LILLY PILLY uses solar power to maximise the use of renewable energy while also reducing energy consumption costs

Solar Powered

30% of our consumed energy is solar generated. We always try to use renewable energy sources and maximise our energy savings while also minimising our waste emissions.

LILLY PILLY uses gas boilers as opposed to coal burning boilers to reduce emissions

Natural Gas not Coal

We have reduced our sulfur dioxide (SO2) emissions to zero by using natural gas boilers instead of traditional coal burning boilers.

Reducing our carbon emission by embracing 3D design software

Reduced Carbon Emissions

Carbon emissions for a 'single garment' have been reduced from 1500kg down to an amazing 15kg through our adoption of 3D virtual design and fit technologies.
